I do not accept insurance. I do provide superbills for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. To find out if you do, call your insurance company and ask:
Do I have out-of-network mental health or behavioral health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I met?
What percentage do you reimburse for out-of-network psychotherapy? (CPT code 90837 is the most common)
Is there a visit limit per year?

Yes! I offer a free, private 15-minute video consultation. I'll ask you questions to understand exactly what you need and want from our work together, and we'll figure out whether we're the right fit for each other. You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk. That's what the call is for.
-
Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short intake through my secure client portal, which I’ll review so I have a sense of your history and what matters most to you.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other: where you are now, what’s feeling hard, and what you want more of.
You’ll leave with an idea of where to begin and the steps we’ll take together. All you need to bring is a willingness to be honest, with me and with yourself.

I offer 50-minute sessions, as well as 80-minute sessions, which allow more time for EMDR processing.
Most clients have a standing weekly appointment, though some come more often when it’s helpful. As treatment winds down, we may move to sessions every other week.

I do not provide crisis services. If you are in imminent danger, call 911.
