Meet Jessie Cozza, LCAT
Healing is reclaiming the self that was put on hold to survive.
“The paradox of trauma is that it has both the power to destroy and the power to transform and resurrect.”
Peter Levine
I love working with ambitious women in finance, empowering them to fully show up, to find their voice and command the space in any room.
I will help you:
Go from running on empty to feeling like yourself again
Step out of the dynamic that's been shrinking you and into the version of yourself you know is still there
Own your voice, your boundaries, and your place in the room
My style
I believe therapy is not meant to “fix us”. Therapy widens our ability to make choices that are no longer tied to the past.
Therapy disrupts our ideas of who we think we're supposed to be — and creates space for the parts of us that have always been there, but never had the encouragement, the safety or the permission to fully show up.
With authenticity, humor, and unconditional acceptance, I offer a space where real change becomes possible — where you can find your way back to yourself and build relationships that actually sustain you.
